Refund and Digital Download Policy.

This Refund & Digital Download Policy applies to digital image purchases made through Mazzanti Studio and should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Digital Downloads

Mazzanti Studio sells digital image downloads.

Once a digital image has been purchased and download access has been provided, refunds are generally not offered unless there is a fault, duplicate purchase, or another issue that I am legally required to resolve.

Cancellation Rights

Under UK consumer law, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases.

However, digital content is treated differently where immediate access is provided.

When purchasing digital image downloads, you may be asked to confirm that:

* You want immediate access to the digital content after payment
* You understand that your right to cancel may be lost once the digital content has been supplied

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.

This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, unavailable or not as described.

When Refunds May Be Given

A refund may be offered where:

* You were charged twice by mistake
* You purchased the wrong image and contact me before downloading or accessing the file
* The file is faulty or cannot be accessed
* The image delivered is not the image purchased
* There has been a clear technical or payment error
* A refund is otherwise required by law

When Refunds Are Not Usually Given

Refunds are not usually given where:

* You changed your mind after download access was provided
* You no longer want the image
* You downloaded or accessed the file successfully
* You expected copyright ownership rather than a personal-use licence
* You used the image outside the permitted licence
* You failed to read the image description, licence terms or gallery information before purchase

Problems With Downloads

Download links are usually available for 14 days and may be limited to 5 download attempts.

If you experience problems accessing a purchased image, please contact:

Please include:

* Your name
* The email address used for purchase
* The gallery name
* The image name or order reference
* A short description of the issue

I aim to respond to genuine support requests within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method used for purchase.

Refund processing is handled through Stripe and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact Mazzanti Studio before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

I will always try to resolve genuine issues quickly and fairly.

Where evidence shows that purchased digital content was successfully delivered, downloaded or accessed, Mazzanti Studio reserves the right to contest fraudulent or inaccurate chargeback claims.

This policy may be updated from time to time.
