These terms apply when you use Mazzanti Studio websites, including mazzanti.studio and gallery.mazzanti.studio, and when you purchase digital images from Mazzanti Studio.

By accessing or using the website, creating an account, or purchasing digital images, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Using the Gallery
You may browse public galleries without creating an account.
To add images to your basket, purchase images, or access downloads, you may need to create an account or log in.
Some galleries may be private or password protected. Access to a private gallery does not give permission to copy, screenshot, redistribute or commercially use images.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems, interfere with the operation of the website, or use automated methods to extract content without permission.
Digital Image Purchases
Images sold through the gallery are digital downloads.
After successful payment, you will receive access to full-resolution, unwatermarked image files through your account and/or download links.
Watermarked previews shown before purchase are for browsing purposes only.
All purchases are subject to these terms and the licence granted below.
Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
Prices are shown on the gallery pages before purchase.
Some galleries may use quantity-based pricing, for example:
* 1+ images at one price
* 3+ images at a lower per-photo price
* 10+ images at a further reduced per-photo price
Where quantity pricing applies, the final price will be shown in the basket before checkout.
I reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any changes will not affect completed purchases.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Mazzanti Studio does not store full card details.
Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
Digital Content and Cancellation Rights
Under UK consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases.
However, when purchasing digital image downloads, you expressly agree that access to the digital content may begin immediately after payment.
By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, once the digital content has been supplied, you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, unavailable or not as described.
Licence to Use Purchased Images
When you purchase a digital image, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that image.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you may:
* Download and keep the purchased image
* Print the image for personal use
* Share the image online, with friends and family, or on personal social media accounts
* Use the image for personal, non-commercial purposes
Credit to Mazzanti Studio is appreciated but not required for personal use.
You may not:
* Resell the image
* Claim the image as your own photographic work
* Edit the image in a misleading, defamatory or damaging way
* Use the image for commercial advertising, branding, products, publications or business promotion without written permission
* Upload the image to stock image websites
* Use the image for AI training, machine learning datasets or similar purposes
* Remove copyright or ownership information where present
* Transfer or sublicense your licence to another person
* Enter the image into photography competitions
* Sell, license, publish or distribute the image for commercial purposes without written permission from Mazzanti Studio
Commercial use requires separate written permission.
Commercial licences may be available on request and are subject to separate terms and fees.
Copyright
All photographs remain the copyright of Mazzanti Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchasing a digital download does not transfer copyright ownership.
All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
Photographs may contain visible or invisible copyright, ownership or tracking information for the purpose of protecting intellectual property rights.
Accounts and Downloads
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.
Download links are usually available for 14 days and may be limited to 5 download attempts.
If you have a genuine issue accessing a purchased image, contact: mario@mazzanti.studio
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used in breach of these terms.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are generally not available once purchased images have been downloaded or made available to you.
If you experience a technical issue, receive the wrong image, or believe an image is defective, please contact mario@mazzanti.studio and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Availability
I aim to keep the gallery available, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
The website may be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting issues, internet outages, software failures or other technical problems.
I may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website where necessary.
Errors
If a pricing, description or technical error occurs, I reserve the right to correct it.
If an error affects your purchase, I will contact you where appropriate and offer a suitable resolution.
Event Photography
Photographs displayed in galleries may have been taken at public events, private events or commercial engagements.
Mazzanti Studio makes reasonable efforts to ensure galleries are presented appropriately and professionally.
If you believe an image should not be displayed, please contact mario@mazzanti.studio and the request will be reviewed.
Submission of a request does not automatically require removal of an image, but all reasonable concerns will be considered.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mazzanti Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or purchased images.
Mazzanti Studio is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the website, inability to access the website, internet outages, third-party service failures, or use of purchased images outside the permitted licence.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes relating to these terms or the use of the website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms from time to time.
The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
The latest version will always be available on the website.
