I photograph families, couples and expecting parents across Lincoln, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and beyond, with the same documentary approach I use for weddings — natural, unposed, and led by real connection rather than forced poses. A family session might mean a walk somewhere you love, an afternoon at home, or letting the kids run around while I photograph what actually happens. Couples' sessions are relaxed, made for people who'd rather feel comfortable than stand stiffly side by side. Maternity sessions focus on this specific, short chapter — capturing it before it passes.

What to expect:

On the day, I arrive early enough to settle in and get a feel for the light and space before anything starts. I work solo mostly, moving quietly between rooms and moments rather than directing from the front. You'll get a mix of candid, documentary shots and a handful of guided portraits. Afterwards, your gallery is delivered as a curated, edited set through your own online gallery at gallery.mazzanti.studio, where you can view, download your images or order a print directly to your door!

FAQ:

  • What's included in a family session?

    • Sessions run 30–60 minutes and include 30+ edited images. I come to you, so the location's up to you — your home, or I can suggest somewhere like a local park if you'd rather be outdoors.

  • Do you photograph newborns?

    • Yes, newborn photography is something I offer.

  • How far in advance should we book a maternity session?

    • As soon as you know, ideally — I like to plan the shoot around the 32-week mark, when your bump is really showing.

  • How do we book?
